Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If, within 7 days after receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, your purchase may be exchanged with another piece of jewelry of equal value, where pieces are in excess of purchase price, the customer is responsible for the remaining difference. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been specially ordered, modified (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.), worn or abused will not be accepted for refunds.

Sale Items

All sale items are sold as is and considered final sale. Sale items are not eligible for special order, refund or exchange. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of original payment.

Be sure to include all original packaging. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
